Recovery Life Coaching

I believe in many pathways to recovery. The more tools you have, the better chances for success. Am I right?

I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” solution to achieving, maintaining or even reducing

I know that everyone fights their own battles, and addiction had been one of mine, for many years until I discovered a recovery path that suited me witch by the way is made up of multiple.

There were times where I really struggled with my recovery. Comparing the way that we all recover from our addictions to others led me down a dark path of self-doubt, until I took OWNERSHIP of my recovery and looked at my deep-rooted beliefs around recovery.

After spending some time focusing on my recovery, I became stuck once again. I started to notice that hollowness that was awfully familiar to me, I’m sure you know the feeling I’m on about- but this time it had nothing to do with the chemicals I was flooding my brain with.

I was left with just me! I didn’t know who that person was. I didn’t know what I wanted to do or what my next steps were going to be, I knew what I had to do for my recovery and felt I was beginning to neglect other areas of my life. I was afraid to take the next step. I never experienced feeling whole, but I craved it!

It was time for me to focus on creating a life I always daydreamed about while in active addiction and early recovery, but the inner critic was having none of it.

Sound familiar?

Sometimes, we need to hit pause!

The hollowness we can feel calls for our attention.

It demands that we reassess goals and realign with what nourishes us, body, mind and soul. I wish to help you see, set, and exceed those goals.
